Take 30 days to become aware of what's going on with you in the present moment. This journal will give you 6 steps to assist with this process. During the 30 day process you will pull out some of your most vulnerable thoughts and emotions. It will provide you with daily affirmations, writing prompts, gratitude, and  reflections throughout the process. At the end of the 30 days you will be a better version of yourself!

  • In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged or defective clothing item, we're happy to exchange the unworn clothing item for a new one. Please email talk2tesscoaching@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
