My name is Tessa Davis. As an ICF certified coach who also has a Masters in Psychology, I have been helping individuals develop a "peace of mind" through mindfulness coaching for over 10 years. I assist eager women and men rediscover and reinvent who they are through reprogramming their mindset, helping them gain confidence, and becoming one with self. I provide a number of services which include one on one coaching sessions, group sessions, corporate and executive workshops/speaking engagements.
By taking this journey with me you will learn to become aware of your thoughts and beliefs. Which will help you to transform your life and way of thinking.
